Our Vision for Community Transformation

Overview Revive Church, in partnership with Serve 6.8, is launching a 3-year strategic initiative to position the Church as the lead agent in holistic community care and transformation. This initiative seeks $150,000 in initial capital and ongoing annual support to develop the infrastructure, leadership, and services necessary to meet real-time needs—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Why Now?
● The current system is broken. Government disaster relief is slow, complex, and often fails to serve private property owners. Meanwhile, real people face urgent, unmet needs.
●Culture is deteriorating, and suffering is on the rise. We must act now to become the solution.
●The Church must take the lead. This is our moment to bring Christ’s compassion, stewardship, and accountability into real-life needs—on our streets, in our neighborhoods, and with our families.

  ● Our 3-Year Strategy
A clear and focused plan, driven by faith and proven need:

 1. Equip and Train Leaders
● Combine Seeker and Core Groups into one mobilized team.
●Train in stewardship, biblical care, and case management.
●Mobilize both church members and community volunteers under one vision.
● Provide leadership pathways for Jude, Brittany, Brett, and others stepping into key roles.

2. Upgrade and Build Infrastructure
●To make Revive Church a hub for crisis response, we will invest in:
● Power for RV spots to house displaced families,
●Bunk house/youth room conversion for overnight shelter and ministry.
●Commercial refrigeration and ice maker for food distribution, Backup generator for disaster readiness.
●Mobile shower, washer, and dryer units
● 50 amp power sources for critical services,
●Staff and volunteer coordination space
●Disaster response vehicles and storage for donated goods

3. Meet the Needs of the Community
● Launch a Case Management Hub for long-term care and discipleship
●Establish systems for receiving and distributing non-cash assets (gift cards, supplies)
●Provide ongoing community relief support with accountability
●Ensure all services reflect dignity, stewardship, and the love of Christ

Our Role as a Church

● Teaching stewardship to the community
● Maintaining accountability and transparency
● Ensuring funding honors both God and people
● Providing long-term, Christ-centered care beyond the crisis

Vision Statement
"Without a vision, the people perish" – Proverbs 29:18
We are not seeking transformation for transformation’s sake. We are seeking it for the sake of Christ, to glorify God and redeem communities.
Multiplication Principle: Every $1 you invest in this initiative will result in $6 worth of care, services, and transformation through leveraged partnerships, volunteer hours, and gift-in-kind donations.

Conclusion:
What Has the Old Way Gotten Us? The world’s systems leave people waiting, disappointed, and displaced. But the Church is called to rise—not later, but now. Together, let’s fund a movement that equips people, builds infrastructure, and meets needs with the hope of Christ at the center. Let’s build it right. Let’s build it now
